Mr Tan Kai Hoe, President & CEO of Accuron Technologies, has been appointed as the new SAC Chairman in the new term. Mr Tan, with his wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors, will lead the SAC Council to set directions and drive new initiatives identified in the SAC Strategic Plan 2025. In particular, for SAC to deliver a coordinated approach to support national and industry needs for assurance in the emerging and growth sectors such as medical & healthcare, food & Agriculture, environmental sustainability and digitalisation & cybersecurity.

We also like to thank Mr Renny Yeo who had helmed the SAC as Chairman for the last 12 years. Under his stewardship, the SAC has grown from strength to strength with many new programmes developed to support the industries’ needs and raising SAC’s branding internationally. SAC’s success will not be possible without his dedication and enthusiasm in advocating accreditation at local and international platforms. We wish him all for the best in his retirement.
