How do I submit complaints, feedback and appeals?
SAC considers feedback as opportunities for improvement and to monitor the performance of our accredited organisations.
If you have a complaint or wish to give feedback about SAC accreditation or performance of SAC accredited organisations, please write to sac@enterprisesg.gov.sg. Any written complaints should be accompanied with objective evidence(s) to support the complaints and to facilitate our investigation.
For feedback or complaints pertaining to SAC accredited organisations or their clients, the accredited organisations will be requested to address the complaint and to take appropriate corrective actions.
