This 2-day course is to help the participants:
  • Understand the requirements of ISO/TS 22003:2013 as applied to food safety management systems certification bodies;
  • Understand the requirements for ISO 22000:2018 food safety management systems.
*Participants are to provide questions on the application of the standards prior to the training course. Priority will be given to SAC accredited certification bodies.​
